Ginger Bread Smoothie Bowl

Just in time for the Holidays❄️ Now we just experienced our very first snow day here in Vancouver, BC and I was not ready to give up my morning smoothie bowls. Instead, I adjusted my recipe to make it more festive✨ Here she is… my gingerbread smoothie bowl!

Toppings:

  • mix nuts chopped

  • granola

  • dried cranberries/ craisins

  • gingerbread cookie

  • shredded coconut

  • ground cinnamon

  • peanut butter melted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients for a smoothie in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Arrange toppings and serve immediately.

  3. Enjoy!
