Peppermint Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

This peppermint chocolate smoothie bowl is a festive, nutritious treat for the holiday season❄️It’s dairy-free, thick and creamy, packed with rich chocolate flavour, and contains a hint of peppermint extract. This is my go-to quick smoothie bowl variation for when I am feeling a little more festive ✨ Enjoy this Christmas smoothie bowl with fun toppings, like crushed candy canes and cacao nibs.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  3. Transfer smoothie to a bowl and add your favourite toppings. Enjoy!

Note: The intensity of peppermint extract varies greatly depending on the brand. I recommend starting with 1/2 tsp and only adding more as needed!

I LOVE to enjoy this bowl in the morning before some pilates with a freshly brewed ☕️ Oat Milk Latte.

Enjoy🤍
